- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon dhania powder (dry coriander powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
- 1 teaspoon tandoori masala (optional for color)
- 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
- salt and lemon juice - to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream
- fresh coriander - chopped for garnish
