Strawberry Lemon Creme Crepe Cake
Ingredients
- For The Crepes:
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups almond milk
- 4 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- For The Cake:
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup pureed strawberries (2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, dried, then pureed)
- 12 additional strawberries for cake top
