Mango Yogurt Tart
Ingredients
- For the tart shell
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 9 tablespoons cold butter cut into chunks
- 1 large egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- For the filling
- 5 ounces whipping cream
- 6 ounces regular sweetened yogurt
- 1 1/5 ounces water
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 2 large mangoes (personally I prefer the Filipino ones)
