- 4 tablespoons butter divided 2/2
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- The zest and juice of a juicy lemon
- 3 tablespoons capers in brine
- 1/4 cup minced Italian parsley
- Salt and pepper if needed
