- 1/8 cup honey or organic cane sugar
- 1 1/2 cups crushed amaretti cookies
- 1 cup rolled organic oats
- 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea or kosher salt
- 3 ounces salted butter
