- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 & 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
