Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more butter for the pan
- 9 chocolate graham crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- Four 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
