- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 or 2 teaspoons chipotle or cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup chopped almonds (toasted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons brandy or liqueuer (optional)
