- 250 grams Whole grain or semi-whole grain risotto rice
- 120 grams dry lentil
- 2 medium red onions
- 50 grams raisins
- 150 grams aged goat cheese
- 1 handful walnuts
- 0.7 tablespoons turmeric
- half teaspoon saffron
- half tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Some very thin slices of apples for garnish
- 1 dash cinnamon
- hot water for the risotto
