- 3 tbsp soy sauce (aka "shoyu")
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ⅓ cup sweet yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp ground ginger (or fresh, grated, if you have it)
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- Cooked white rice, to serve
- Avocado, to serve (optional)
