Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups All purpose or Bread Flour. I like a combo. Also, I do the "scoop and level".
- 2 teaspoons Table Salt (I use diamond crystal)
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1/3 cup Water (Filtered or Spring)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter....melted and cooled
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 1/4 teaspoons Active-dry or Instant Yeast
