- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and mashed

- Juice of 1 lime
- Canola oil, for frying

- 1½ tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- Shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese, to garnish
