Everyones Favorite White Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (do not get a speck of yolk in them)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (I like Ghirardelli)
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
