- FOR THE BESAN FRITTERS:
- 2 cups Besan (chickpea Flour)
- ½ teaspoons Ajwain Seeds
- 1 pinch Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- Water (as Needed)
- 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-⅞ teaspoons, ¼ pinches Oil For Deep Frying
- FOR THE KADHI:
- 3 cups Yogurt (I Find Whole Milk Yogurt Tangier But You Can Use Lowfat Too) PLUS 4 Cups Water
- ¾ cups Besan
- Water (as Needed)
- 1-½ Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1 pinch Asafetida
- ½ teaspoons Cumin Seeds
- ½ teaspoons Mustard Seeds
- ½ teaspoons Fenugreek Seeds
- 2 whole Dried Red Chili
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Curry Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
