- Up to 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock or broth , or a mix of water and stock (amount depends on the type of rice used)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt or seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
