Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz) whole, peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cups red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoons Tabasco
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 green or red pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 scallions, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
