Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I use non-fat)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I use non-fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen- no need to defrost)
