- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 25g fresh breadcrumbs
- 6 hot dog buns
- 100g grated mozzarella or cheddar (or use a mixture)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp caster sugar
