- 1 (3.5-ounce) package lemon instant pudding mix
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- Orange Glaze (recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon orange zest plus more for garnishing
