- 3 inches banana peppers, sliced into ½ inch rings
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
