Ingredients
- 1 pound or about 6 parsnips, washed and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup parsnip cooking water
- 1/2 cup cream
