Sticky Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 50g dark muscovado sugar
- 125g dark chocolate (using 70% cocoa gives the ultimate depth to this recipe)
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup (I use a generous tablespoon)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 100g plain flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoons baking powder
