- 12 ounces dried ramen noodles (seasoning packet discarded), or 10 ounces fresh
- 2 tablespoons creamy almond or peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Julienned cucumbers, chili oil, and chopped roasted almonds, for serving
