- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Kalua pork (or substitute 3 strips bacon, fried and crumbled, or any other leftover meat)
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Splash of coconut vinegar (optional)
- Splash of fish sauce (not optional)
