Ingredients
- 1 cup whisked curds (dahi)
- 3 Cup potato cubes
- 1 tablespoon besan (bengal gram flour)
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
- 0.5 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
- 1 piece of bayleaf (tejpatta)
- 1 piece of cinnamon (dalchini)
- 2 pieces cloves (laung / lavang)
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 teaspoon of Dhaniya-jeera powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
