Peach Raspberry Tart
Ingredients
- For the pastry dough:

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 ounces cold butter, cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons ice cold water
- For the fruit filling:
- 4 peaches, peeled and sliced (see note)
- 1/2 pint, raspberries
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar
