- 1 egg (leave out egg to make vegan)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (can substitute regular milk)
