- 2 TBS Fresh Mint – roughly chopped
- ¼ Cup Fresh Basil divided – roughly chopped
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 TBS Honey
- ½ Cup Good Olive Oil plus more for grilling
- Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper
