- 2 cardamom seeds
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup or glucose
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate couverture
- 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate couverture
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups feuilletine flakes
