- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Garden vegetable flavored cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Vegetable or chicken stock
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh thyme, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
- Fresh grated Iemon zest
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
