- 1/2 cup milk (low/full fat)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- (Optional) Pumpkin seeds to sprinkle over
- For the spiced plums:
- 2 large plums, de-seeded and quartered
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract / ½ a vanilla bean
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
