- 1 cucumber, halved lengthways then halved crossways, then cut into 1cm pieces
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into half-moon slices
- 115g vegan feta, crumbled
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 10g chopped fresh basil
- 2tbsp fresh mint leaves
