- 10 whole cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon celery seed
- 2 whole allspice
- 1 ⅓ cups chopped mango
- ½ cup reduced-sugar ketchup
- ⅓ cup chopped onion (1 small)
- 3 tablespoons chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup water
