- 3 Leeks (use white and pale green parts only) sliced into rings of medium thickness

- 1 Carrot peeled and sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 Celery ribs sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 1 Medium russet potato peeled and chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 cup Dry white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 & 1/2 cups Chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat cut to bite sized chunks (optional)
