Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped

- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 handful stale white or wholemeal bread, no crusts
