- 3/4 teaspoon raw mango powder, also called amchur
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 slice of bread, white or ciabatta
- For the burger assembly
- 8 buns
- 1 cup cilantro chutney
- 4 tomatoes sliced
- 3 red onions sliced
- 1/2 cup chaat masala
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
