- * 6-8 whole black pepper seed
- * 1 bay leaf
- * 2 medium sized onion, finely cut (approximately 1.5 cup)
- * 4 garlic clove crushed into a paste
- * 2 tomato, finely cut (approximately 1.5 cup)
- * 2 green chillie slit lengthwise
- * 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- * 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- * 3 tablespoon yogurt
- * 1/4 cup coconut milk [optional]
- * 2 teaspoon garam masala biryani masala
- * coriander for garnishing
- * salt to taste
