- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 scallions, cut to 1″ lengths
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
