Ingredients
- 2 Pork Sirloin Chops
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 1 bunch Turnips
- 3 tablespoons Blackberry Jam
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley, thyme and sage sprinkled on top!
- Enough olive oil to coat your veggies
