Ingredients
- 2 rounds of ready made pie dough (I used Pillsbury), leave on the counter for 15 minutes before rolling out.
- 2 1/2-3 pounds peaches, peeled and sliced (about 4 large peaches)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
