Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks / 225g) unsalted butter
- ½ cup (60g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (60g) brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 3 cups (360g) oats (not steel cut)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
