Christmas Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 5 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 pound carrots
- 1/2 pound celery
- 1/2 pound onion (one real big one or a couple small)
- 1 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
- 5 whole allspice berries
- Salt and pepper to taste
