- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Andouille Sausage Links, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, Chopped
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken, Firmly Packed (I Used Leftover Rotisserie Chicken)
- 4 ounces, weight Raw Fresh Shrimp (or Thawed, If Frozen)
