- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups white wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 ears corn (kernels sliced off cob, and cobs cut into thirds)
- 6 medium red potatoes (diced)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 medium jalapeño (thinly sliced (optional))
