- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 1⁄4 cups instant mashed potatoes
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
