Ingredients
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 bag spinach
- 1 bunch kale, cleaned and chopped
- 5 green onions, trimmed and sliced
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 small potatoes, diced
- 3-4 cups vegetable broth
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 splashes sriracha sauce
