- 14 ounces Cannellini beans

- 2 tablespoons Olive oil, divided
- Water
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 pound Asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 6-8 Cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 6 ounces jar of Marinated artichokes
- 4 ounces Goat cheese, crumbled
- Thyme, to garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
