Ingredients
- 4 ounces sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 4 ounces hot Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons green gel food coloring, such as Chef Master Neon Brite Green
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pound fresh pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 4 large egg whites
- 4 drops violet gel food coloring
- 6 drops super red gel food coloring
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices, such as Hormel
