Ingredients
- 1/4 pound Purple Potatoes
- 2 Parsnips
- 1 small Spanish Onion
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- light 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne
- Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for cooking
