- 1/4 cup roughly chopped celery leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg white
